4. Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment card details. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required.

5. Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery times vary by destination:

• Spain: 2-4 business days
• EU: 5-10 business days
• Rest of world: 10-20 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns and refunds

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@pawnestliving.com.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
